Keep in mind that this “Nazi” thing is often a slur.

Under Adolf Hitler, there was only one MAIN party and if you “wanted to get anywhere” you had to join the party.

Similar to the Soviet Union or Communist China today. The Communist parties, AND the Nazi party, who were/are workers’ parties, did a lot of good for a lot of people.

The old generation in Russia remembers the USSR fondly; they profited from it.
